COVID-19 Policies and Advice
Last updated 19/07/2021
As of 19 July 2021 all legal restrictions in England have been lifted although measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 are still recommended for events.
Therefore we will still be exercising caution and only selling up to 75% capacity at our venues in order to allow for moderate social distancing.
We ask that people are respectful of other audience members’ space and leave an appropriate gap between groups when sitting down to enjoy the show.
People may wear masks in public areas if they wish and we ask that people respect other’s decisions to do so.
As our performers move from area to area every day they remain more at risk than most people and will therefore continue to operate in their own bubble; they will get close to each other on stage but please do not attempt to get closer than 2m to them.
We can provide refunds to anyone who has covid symptoms, a positive test result or has been asked to isolate.
At venues where you are required to bring your own seating please bring chairs to sit on rather than rugs if possible; it will give you the best view of the performance if we are unable to seat you near the front due to social distancing.
Please be aware that dates may still be subject to change/cancellation due to the pandemic.
- If the show you have booked for gets postponed we will let you know and automatically transfer your tickets to the new date. You will be able to request a refund instead if you cannot attend on the new date.
- If the show you have booked for gets cancelled we will let you know and you will be able to transfer your tickets to another performance, hold a credit with us for a future show or receive a full refund.
